If you do not check-in after your reservation has confirmed, it may be considereda no-show and it may be difficult to refund your room fee. However, in case of exceptional circumstances such as flight cancellations due to natural disasters or health issues, you may be able to get a refund of your room fee by submitting relevant documents such as a flight cancellation certificate or a medical certificate to the travel agency or the hotel reservation department where you made the reservation. |
